I love this place. They have an amazing selection for whatever your heart desires. The grass finished ribeye is one of the best steaks I've ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth, the Australian wagyu is straight tenderness. I made cheesesteaks woth it, and you could only feel the bread and taste the meat. the wagyu meat pops are such a nice little treat as well. My next purchase will be a dry aged t-bone. They also have Japanese wagyu, Australian, and American. I go at least once a week to get something to treat myself for dinner. You def will not regret giving this place a look. Plus the girl at the counter is very knowledgeable and welcoming, hi friend!!! If you want to support local, this is the place to start, the ones who feed you. Start with a grass fed ribeye, or some wagyu skirt steak, and go from there.. you'll be hooked...

I don't think it's possible to find better meat in the area. Yes, you can find cheaper, but you'll quickly notice the difference prime and choice. The staff is always helpful and genuinely want to help. Shoutout to Corrin(sp? -- you won't miss her fun hair). Also, don't miss out on the fresh, marinated veggies to complete your meal. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing! Last thing one would expect on a downtown street, but the exact meat market one would want around the corner. Amazing variety of meats from dry aged steaks to wagyu hot dogs to seasoned chicken legs ready to cook. Great provisions section up front as well and such knowledgeable staff. Wish we had one of these back home.

I am staying in St Pete for a pet sitting and happened to pass by this shop and try it! Wow I’m glad I went!!! They had an area with meats that are already seasoned and marinated and wow it was delicious so much flavor. Friendly staff and delicious house made fresh meats. I will be back :)

SO YUMMY! This place has made it to the top of my list as being the best butcher shop in the greater tampa/st.pete area. The inside is very nice and clean. Plenty of meats and cheeses to choose from. The employees know their stuff and can give good recommendations. They've now introduced me to my favorite meat of all time now. The Australian wagyu is *chefs kiss*. The prices are higher than I'm used to, but it reflects in the taste and quality of what you get. Totally worth it in my opinion! If you're a meat lover like I am, you don't want to miss out on this place! - I’m updating my review. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here, but I feel like it gets better each and every time I step foot in the door. The employees are super nice, and Joey went above and beyond to help me find the things that I needed. It was the only place I could find that sold premium artisanal soy sauce for a decent price too! I got the one he recommended as well as the Yuzu Ponzu soy sauce. I feel like it was an absolute gem find. This place has stayed top quality of both in customer service and quality of products.
